Why does my BEST hood come on by itself?
Two features can do that: Heat Sentry, which starts the blower on HIGH when it senses excessive heat, and SmartSense Auto mode, which starts the fan when it detects cooking. The first locks the keys; the second can be paused by touching the fan controls.
Why is my new BEST hood weaker than advertised?
