What WiFi LED flashing
actually means.

Holding the WiFi key for 3 seconds with the fan and lights off opens pairing, and the WiFi light flashes while the hood waits for your phone over Bluetooth. The same flashing appears as the first step when you switch WiFi off or reset the connection. After 3 minutes idle the WiFi light goes dark on its own to save power.

What to do when WiFi LED flashing shows on the range hood

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from BEST's own guidance for WiFi LED flashing on its range hoods. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Open the BEST Kitchen app and follow its steps while the light is still flashing.

02

If the window closes before the phone finds the hood, turn the fan and lights off and hold the WiFi key 3 seconds again.

03

If the hood never appears in the app, book a visit; the control board holds the radio.

Cleared?

The code is gone and the blower pulls steam up on every speed again without a new part. If it returns this week, or the filter reminder keeps coming back right after a cleaning, mention it in the booking.

What not to do

A dark WiFi light after a few minutes of no use is sleep mode, not a lost connection. Flashing here says nothing about the blower or the filters.

What you may
notice with it.

The range hood problems WiFi LED flashing tends to arrive with. Answer these at the range hood before anyone is booked.

All problems

No repair indicated

Nothing to repair.

The hood is doing something it was told to do, not wearing out: a delay-off timer that keeps the blower running for some minutes after the burners go off, a heat sentry that starts the fan by itself when it senses a hot pan, a Sabbath setting that locks the keys and dims the lights, or a link to the cooking surface that sets the speed on its own. No part is needed; a key sequence from the manual, or simply waiting, ends it.

Questions
about WiFi LED flashing.

Can I clear WiFi LED flashing myself?
Open the BEST Kitchen app and follow its steps while the light is still flashing.
How do I reset the WiFi on my BEST hood?
Hold the WiFi key 3 seconds until it flashes, then hold it again for 10 seconds. That removes saved devices and disconnects from your network.
Why did the WiFi light on my BEST hood turn off?
With the fan and lights off and no use for 3 minutes, the light goes to sleep. Press any key to wake it.
Does my BEST hood need WiFi to work?
No. The keys run the fan and lights without it; WiFi adds app and voice control and firmware updates.

Still showing WiFi LED flashing?

Three things make the booking useful: the letters or blink pattern exactly as they showed, the full model number from the label behind the filters, and whether the fan still moves air on every speed. With those, the technician arrives with half the answer already worked out.
